Komorebi is a Japanese word for sunlight, which is filtered through the leaves of the trees. In particular it is about weaving your passions into your daily life, learning to look for the light while passing through the shadows, and having faith that each little shaft of light will continue to light up your path. Life is too short to be lived in the shadows.
What Does Komorebi Represent To Me?
My journey has been full of teachable moments and challenges to overcome, but it’s also been my life. Through every facet of my career, I have learned invaluable lessons on how to live, be a father, and become a well-rounded person.
Komorebi, to me, is just that. It’s a teaching moment, a family, a new opportunity for growth, and a way to fulfill my purpose.
I spent almost four decades of my life successfully working for global corporations alongside tremendous leaders. Now, it is my mission to do what I am good at, what I love: take a different approach to consulting that considers what the client brings to the table.
